Monsignor Robert Hiltz was ordained on May 30, 1953. In 2003, a woman reported that Robert Hiltz sexually abused her relative at St. Anthony of Padua in the 1970s when the victim was between 11 and 15. The abuse included inappropriate touching and kissing. However, the date range did not match Hiltz’s assignment to St. Anthony, so no further actions were taken.
In 2018, a survivor reported that Hiltz abused him as a ten-year-old student at St. Martin Catholic School in 1968. The abuse included inappropriate touching and oral rape. Hiltz died on December 14, 1985.
