Father Joseph Hill was ordained in 1943. In August 2003, a man reported that his older sister was sexually abused by Joseph Hill when she was a teenager, and the abuse led to her struggle with alcohol and drugs and her eventual suicide in 2002. The abuse occurred when Hill was assigned to Our Lady of Lourdes. He was known to have had issues with alcoholism and died on July 18, 1990.
