Roscetti, Francis (Fr.)

Father Francis Roscetti was ordained in 1955. In 2013, parents contracted their parish priest to report that their youngest son reported that Francis Roscetti sexually abused him in the mid-1980s in the second grade. The parents did not wish to report further information but noted that the “church covered it up.” In 2015, a woman reported that Roscetti sexually abused her when she was fifteen and continued until she was twenty. The abuse took place at St. Anthony’s parish in West Virginia from 1967 to 1972. Roscetti died on September 5, 1991.
