Father Thomas F. Kelly was ordained in 1933. In 1995, a survivor reported that several Xaverian Brothers, including Kelly, sexually abused him at St. Mary’s Industrial School in 1945 when he was 13 and continued until he was approximately 16. The abuse consisted of anal and oral rape. Kelly died in 1976.
