First named publicly as accused on the Las Cruces diocese’s list 11/8/18. Report noted to have been made in 1996 of alleged incident in 1977. Assignments included parishes in Bayard, Hurley, Lordsburg, Fairacres and Sunland Park. Removed from ministry in 1999. Laicized in 2007. On El Paso, TX diocese’s list 1/31/19, which encompassed what was established in 1982 as the Las Cruces diocese.
