Accused in a lawsuit filed in 9/19 of sexually abusing an altar boy 1974-76, beginning when the boy was age 10 and Rizzo Rico was pastor of San Miguel in La Mesa. Rizzo-Rico allegedly convinced the boy’s mother to allow him to live with him to protect him from his abusive father.
