Accused in a 2007 lawsuit of sexually abusing an altar boy, ages 10-12, in the late 1960s, at Little Flower church. Little Flower was a mission of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish. Ochoa was reportedly from Mexico. Included on the El Paso diocese’s list 1/31/19. Deceased.
