Brother Eugene Morgan was ordained on September 7, 1952. In August 2018, a survivor reported that Morgan sexually abused him when he was on the swim team at Calvert Hall College High School in the late 1970s. Morgan would often make the boys swim naked. On one occasion, he grabbed and fondled the survivor. In 2019, similar reports were made to the Office of the Attorney General (MD), and in one instance, Morgan punched a student hard enough to knock one of his teeth out. Morgan died on February 4, 2019.
