The Official Creditor Committee in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis bankruptcy has made an unprecedented appeal for abuse survivors to anonymously file claims . The debtor in bankruptcy, in this case the Archdiocese, is legally charged with giving such notice to all survivors of abuse. However, the Creditor Committee didn’t wait around for the Archdiocese to fulfill that duty. The Committee members themselves issued their personal appeals for justice.
