The Mennonite World Review recently published an article written by Tim Huber titled, “Suit accuses Holdeman Church of not reporting sexual abuse”. The article discusses a lawsuit filed by James, Vernon & Weeks. Craig Vernon, who filed the lawsuit, hopes that others who have suffered in silence because of similar abuse understand that help is available. “Change comes through courageous people who speak out for justice and the protection of children”, adds Vernon.
